  Dust Removal System
Our Dust Removal System is the ultimate tool for cleaning particulate contaminants. Unwanted particles as small as one micron are readily removed from the substrate. High tack (BLUE) is use on rigid, thicker substrates such as copper panels. Medium tack (RED) is used on substrates such as flex circuits, photo tools, artwork and glass. Medium tack general purpose (LIGHT BLUE) is appropriate for all the substrates mentioned above in the medium tack level with special emphasis on cleaning thin or delicate substrates.
 
The 6 in. and 12 in. DRS handles are available in metal and plastic, and all sizes have a straight or 30 degree handle. Custom sizes and configurations available on request.
 
***** WARNING: The GP blue roller is recommended for photo papers. Use only light pressure and slow rolling speed when rolling blank, unprinted sheets or borders on photo papers like Premium Luster, Premium Glossy, Exhibition Fiber Paper, Metallic Photo Luster and Glossy, Legacy Baryta, and Legacy Platine. The microporous coatings on these papers could be damaged or torn if a too much pressure or speed with the roller is used.

  SMTC-2
The SMTC-2 is a contact cleaning machine for the circuit assembly industry. The machine features a clamshell opening for easy maintenance. To allow for the cleaning of small boards, the SMTC-2 has an internal conveying system that guides the board through the machine and assists it to the exit side. The conveying system is supported by a high precision linear slide, allowing for very fine adjustments in board widths. Standard size is up to 16-inches wide. High tack (BLUE) is use on rigid, thicker substrates such as copper panels. Medium tack (RED) is used on substrates such as flex circuits, photo tools, artwork and glass. Medium tack general purpose (LIGHT BLUE) is appropriate for all the substrates mentioned above in the medium tack level with special emphasis on cleaning thin or delicate substrates.
 
The 6 in. and 12 in. DRS handles are available in metal and plastic, and all sizes have a straight or 30 degree handle. Custom sizes and configurations available on request.
 
***** WARNING: The GP blue roller is recommended for photo papers. Use only light pressure and slow rolling speed when rolling blank, unprinted sheets or borders on photo papers like Premium Luster, Premium Glossy, Exhibition Fiber Paper, Metallic Photo Luster and Glossy, Legacy Baryta, and Legacy Platine. The microporous coatings on these papers could be damaged or torn if a too much pressure or speed with the roller is used.

  Artwork Protection Film Non Stick (APF-NS)
The APF-NS protection film is a 0.25 mil (6 microns) or .5 mil (12 microns) thick polyester film developed to protect photo tools used in conjunction with liquid solder resists, but is also ideal for primary image films. The smooth, non-stick coating prevents particles of photo resist from adhering to the phototool, while minimizing the need for cleaning and inspection. Ideal for track and gap widths down to 0.3 mil (8 microns), this film is completely removable without leaving any adhesive residue. Available in widths ranging from 14 in. to 24 in.

  Dust Removal System
Our Dust Removal System is the ultimate tool for cleaning particulate contaminants. Unwanted particles as small as one micron are readily removed from the substrate. High tack (BLUE) is use on rigid, thicker substrates such as copper panels. Medium tack (RED) is used on substrates such as flex circuits, photo tools, artwork and glass. Medium tack general purpose (LIGHT BLUE) is appropriate for all the substrates mentioned above in the medium tack level with special emphasis on cleaning thin or delicate substrates.
 
The 6 in. and 12 in. DRS handles are available in metal and plastic, and all sizes have a straight or 30 degree handle. Custom sizes and configurations available on request.
 
***** WARNING: The GP blue roller is recommended for photo papers. Use only light pressure and slow rolling speed when rolling blank, unprinted sheets or borders on photo papers like Premium Luster, Premium Glossy, Exhibition Fiber Paper, Metallic Photo Luster and Glossy, Legacy Baryta, and Legacy Platine. The microporous coatings on these papers could be damaged or torn if a too much pressure or speed with the roller is used.

  Dust Removal System
Our Dust Removal System is the ultimate tool for cleaning particulate contaminants. Unwanted particles as small as one micron are readily removed from the substrate. High tack (BLUE) is use on rigid, thicker substrates such as copper panels. Medium tack (RED) is used on substrates such as flex circuits, photo tools, artwork and glass. Medium tack general purpose (LIGHT BLUE) is appropriate for all the substrates mentioned above in the medium tack level with special emphasis on cleaning thin or delicate substrates.
 
The 6 in. and 12 in. DRS handles are available in metal and plastic, and all sizes have a straight or 30 degree handle. Custom sizes and configurations available on request.

  Dust Removal System
Our Dust Removal System is the ultimate tool for cleaning particulate contaminants. Unwanted particles as small as one micron are readily removed from the substrate. High tack (BLUE) is use on rigid, thicker substrates such as copper panels. Medium tack (RED) is used on substrates such as flex circuits, photo tools, artwork and glass. Medium tack general purpose (LIGHT BLUE) is appropriate for all the substrates mentioned above in the medium tack level with special emphasis on cleaning thin or delicate substrates.
 
The 6 in. and 12 in. DRS handles are available in metal and plastic, and all sizes have a straight or 30 degree handle. Custom sizes and configurations available on request.
 
***** WARNING: The GP blue roller is recommended for photo papers. Use only light pressure and slow rolling speed when rolling blank, unprinted sheets or borders on photo papers like Premium Luster, Premium Glossy, Exhibition Fiber Paper, Metallic Photo Luster and Glossy, Legacy Baryta, and Legacy Platine. The microporous coatings on these papers could be damaged or torn if a too much pressure or speed with the roller is used.

The APF-NS protection film is a 0.25 mil (6 microns) or .5 mil (12 microns) thick polyester film developed to protect photo tools used in conjunction with liquid solder resists, but is also ideal for primary image films. The smooth, non-stick coating prevents particles of photo resist from adhering to the phototool, while minimizing the need for cleaning and inspection. A complete line of high quality roll covers, the Cotton Roll Covers are made with a clean bleached cotton loop fabric, woven into a seamless tube. The Nylon Sleeves are an accessory to the LL-50 Cotton Roll Cover. The Nylon Sleeves are slipped over the LL-50 to prevent cotton lint fibers from transferring to the clean panel surface and are held in place by draw strings. Standard shaft sizes range from .75 in. to 2 in.

  Dust Removal System
Our Dust Removal System is the ultimate tool for cleaning particulate contaminants. Unwanted particles as small as one micron are readily removed from the substrate. High tack (BLUE) is use on rigid, thicker substrates such as copper panels. Medium tack (RED) is used on substrates such as flex circuits, photo tools, artwork and glass. Medium tack general purpose (LIGHT BLUE) is appropriate for all the substrates mentioned above in the medium tack level with special emphasis on cleaning thin or delicate substrates.
 
The 6 in. and 12 in. DRS handles are available in metal and plastic, and all sizes have a straight or 30 degree handle. Custom sizes and configurations available on request.
 
***** WARNING: The GP blue roller is recommended for photo papers. Use only light pressure and slow rolling speed when rolling blank, unprinted sheets or borders on photo papers like Premium Luster, Premium Glossy, Exhibition Fiber Paper, Metallic Photo Luster and Glossy, Legacy Baryta, and Legacy Platine. The microporous coatings on these papers could be damaged or torn if a too much pressure or speed with the roller is used.
